Appearance & Color
All care is taken when preparing the image reproductions within this website, however, it must be noted that the color you see on the screen is not an exact representation. It is as close as possible to the actual image, but several factors influence color:

When you purchase an original handprinted print on paper or fabric, please remember that you are purchasing an one-of-a-kind piece of art. It is the nature of the hand-printing process that variations may occur even within editions.

Pricing & Authencity
All prices are US Dollars. Each piece of original artwork will include a signed Certificate of Authenticity, with the name of the print, edition number, and information regarding the printmaking process(es) used to create the work.
Payment
Credit card (securely processed with Square), PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle payment options are available.
Please note that no sale is considered final until all funds have been received.
Shipping
DOMESTIC
Shipping within the United States will be via USPS or UPS.
All prints on paper are sold and shipped unframed and unmounted, but carefully and securely packaged with acid-free board packed in an acid-free cellophane bag.
Free Shipping for most unframed fine art originals in the United States.
Framed art is preferably delivered locally or shipping will be calculated individually.
All other items and merchandise, including linocut prints letter-sized and under, will have a small fee.
Shipping costs are calculated when you view the cart or checkout.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping internationally is new to me, I will have to research the cost to your area. Thanks for your patience.
Refund and Returns
I hope you love and treasure your new piece, but if it’s not as you expected, I will offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery.
The artwork or merchandise will need to be returned in its original condition. If you opt to exchange your piece, any cost above the value of your initial purchase must be met by the purchaser.
Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:
less than 14 days since you have received the artwork
the artwork must be in its original packaging and the same condition as it arrived
artwork must be carefully repackaged for return shipment in their original packaging* in order to qualify for a refund
For artworks that arrived damaged, please take a photo of the damage, so I can learn what went wrong with the shipment.
*If the packaging was damaged in transit, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.
How to request a refund or item replacement?
Simply email me at clynstudio@gmail.com and explain why you wish to return or exchange the item.
Note: A refund or replacement will not be issued until the item has been returned.
